    My clinical experience allows me to provide treatment to individuals who experience low self-esteem, depression and anxiety disorders, relationship issues, phobias, obsessive compulsion disorder, mood disorders, stress, ADHD, trauma, grief, adjusting to a life change.

    Therapy is an opportunity to increase our own resilience and to learn how to cope with undesirable life events.
