My clinical experience allows me to provide treatment to individuals who experience low self-esteem, depression and anxiety disorders, relationship issues, phobias, obsessive compulsion disorder, mood disorders, stress, ADHD, trauma, grief, adjusting to a life change.

The psychotherapy techniques used to ease client issues and discomfort include CBT, DBT skills, Client-Centred, Compassion, Emotional and Solution Focus Therapy, Talking Therapy, Psychoeducation, frameworks of attachment, and family systems.
